Classes

All our classes are accessible whether you are a beginner who has never been in the gym or a fitness pro! Our trainers will adapt and assist you in any way they can to ensure you get the best workout every time. Classes are all limited to a capacity of 10 people per class. This, allows us to work on a more personal level, ensuring you get the best out of each class. Children are not allowed in our small group training session. However, if you have older children, who can be left unattended, they are welcome to sit in the reception area during the class.

Small Group Training

A combination of training styles, no two weeks will be the same, from strength training to functional fitness and circuits. At our Small group training classes, we keep things fun & interesting. Suitable for all, from complete beginners to experienced gym goers.

Mammy & Me Fitness

Mammy & Me Fitness is designed to help new Mams regain their fitness and feel their best after giving birth. Finding the time to go to the gym after having a baby can be tough.

At Mammy & Me you bring your little one with you while you work out. No need to think about child care, Fun 45-minute workouts while socialising with other Mams with similar goals to you!

 Maximum of 8 people per class to ensure enough space to work out safely around your little one.

6 Week Transformation

Perfect for anyone wanting to kick start their fitness journey. Have you got a holiday or important event and want more accountability than our small group training classes?

Our 6 week transformation is designed to keep you accountable with 3 classes per week, Nutritional help and guidance, weekly check-ins, access to a support group with other members, 24/7 help and advice from your Trainer. With 2 different groups to choose from there is no room for excuses.

Personal Training

Our 1-1 personal training guarantees to help you reach your goals. Personal Training is for everyone, if you’re brand new to the gym or want that extra support and accountability that classes don’t offer.

We understand that everyone is different, whatever your goal our trainers will create a plan specific to you and your goals.

Accountability is key to achieving your goals, our Personal Training provides weekly check-ins and 24/7 support from your trainer to keep you on track.
